If you have problems establishing an SSL connection, check the
following:
If you receive an error similar to "Certificate Authority Is
Expired", this indicates you are using an outdated Browser and need to
upgrade. Alternatively you can click "Continue" on the error dialog and
your transaction will remain secure despite the warning.
If you get "Document contains no data" in Internet Explorer or
"Network Error: I/O error" in Netscape, the server may have stopped
accepting SSL connections. Please contact
bugreport@kgysoft.com
immediately if this is the case.
If you're using AOL3.0 for Mac, you may experience problems with
AOL's browser when you click the "Continue" button on the first page.
Please try using Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Some users have experienced problems with proxy servers
interfering with their SSL connections (including @HOME customers).
Please try disabling proxies (if possible) or contacting your system
administrator if you are unable to
connect to any secure
sites.
If you have an older, French version of MS Internet Explorer for
Windows and you can't make secure connections to anyone, try
grabbing schannel.dll from http://www.microsoft.com/france/internet/. (Thanks
to Olivier Lepetit for this tip.)
